Cookie-Dough Dip

This yummy snack is packed with fiber grab some apple slices, graham crackers, or even just a spoon and dig in!

  • hand-blender (food processor or blender work too)
  • mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons


  • 1 can Navy beans, drained
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ Cup Oatmeal
  • ½ Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch Baking soda
  • 2-3 drops Almond extract (optional)


  • Blend the beans until smooth (pureed texture)
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  • Serve with sliced apples, or graham crackers.
