Cookie-Dough Dip
This yummy snack is packed with fiber grab some apple slices, graham crackers, or even just a spoon and dig in!
Equipment
- hand-blender (food processor or blender work too)
- mixing bowl
- Measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 1 can Navy beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- ¼ Cup Oatmeal
- ½ Cup Chocolate chips
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- 2-3 drops Almond extract (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the beans until smooth (pureed texture)
- Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Serve with sliced apples, or graham crackers.
